Our Philosophy

A child develops best when they discover healthy ways to express themselves creatively, physically, and emotionally. We’re here to help them discover those outlets and prepare them to succeed in future specialties.

We’re all about having new experiences while building fundamental skills in the core areas of music, movement, making, and innovating. We aim to give children to tools to express the ideas in their creative minds.

Expression : our fundamental desire to bring forth the energy and voice within us

Create: to bring into existence that which does not yet exist.

Humans have a fundamental desire to create, and bring forth the energy within them. This is expression.

When people think of the word create , they think art. But wow, it is so much more expansive than that!

To create is simply to give life to the ideas within us, no matter what form they come. Indeed anything that we bring forth and put into the world is an act of creation. Not only the arts, but any idea that we bring forth is an act of creation.

To be human is synonymous with being creative. We were born to live, to give, to move, to make, to sing, to express what is in our soul.

Children particularly have an intense drive to express. Their emotions are bigger, their energy is higher and their need to move is a raging fire. When children lack expression it turns into depression. We can see this in the forms of tantrums, rage, defiance, and sadness.

As parents our role is to help our child find healthy outlets to express their energy. Often that takes the form through extracurriculars like sports, music, arts, and more.

It is from this acknowledgment that we derive our core philosophy to help kids discover an outlet of expression through movement, music, and creating.

As humans, our ideas are derived from our perceived experience. Hence the more exposure we have to all things, the more creative we can be. Learning fundamental skills of music, movement, and creating things can give us the ability to express our ideas and creative desires.

Like the child who wants to be a musician must first learn how to play before he can sing the song inside him. We are here to give both exposure and training in fundamentals that will prepare children for the next phase of life.
